Our Return Policy 

Returning products to Paladin Concepts and Design, LLC, is simple. If you are not satisfied with your  purchase, simply contact our friendly support staff and we will assist you with the process. Returns are  subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Items that cannot be returned/refunded: 

+Any item that has been personalized/engraved/etched  Items that have been damaged or tampered with unless due to improper packaging on our  behalf. 

+ Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurred on our behalf.

+ Orders over 30 days old are non-returnable or refundable. 

Packaging & Sending Your Return:

+If you would like to return your order, please call a support representative: 1-800-865-0883 or email us.

+The returned product should be wrapped in its original packaging materials to prevent damage in return  shipment.

+No credit can be issued if damage occurs as a result of improper packaging. We strongly suggest sending  the returned item with a tracking number and insurance. This will help protect you from loss or damage  during transit. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

+Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing  merchandise must be reported to Paladin Concepts and Design, LLC, within 24 hours upon receipt of  package(s). Please retain all boxes and packaging materials for a damage inspection by the delivery  carrier, if needed.  

+Credit for damaged merchandise may be forfeited if a report is not made within the specified time. +No return of damaged merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. 

+If you have received an incorrect product or are missing a portion of your order, we sincerely apologize  for the inconvenience. Please contact us and a support representative will assist in getting you the correct product.
